We recently had the incredible honor of returning for our third consecutive year to support the Alzheimer’s Association‘s Dancing with the Stars Memory Ball at the stunning Marriott Waterfront Hotel in Baltimore — and what a night it was.
The Memory Ball isn’t just a gala — it’s a celebration of resilience, remembrance, and community. This black-tie affair brought together over 850 guests who were moved by the powerful stories of the evening’s dance contestants. Each participant, touched by Alzheimer’s in a deeply personal way, spent months preparing for their moment on stage while raising thousands of dollars for Alzheimer’s research and care.
Dual Booth Experiences: Mirror + Digital Selfie
For this year’s event, we were thrilled to provide two of our most-loved photo experiences:
- The Mirror Booth — a glamorous, interactive favorite that fits the upscale aesthetic of the evening
- The Digital Selfie Booth — perfect for quick snapshots, instant texting, and high engagement
Together, they offered guests a seamless way to create and share memories all night long.
A Creative Twist on Backdrops
This year’s theme, “The Great American Road Trip,” gave us the opportunity to elevate the photo experience with something unique — AI-powered background removal.
Though we had two physical backdrops set up for aesthetics (a deep Alzheimer’s purple and a sleek white marble), guests were amazed when their final photos reflected custom digital backgrounds that matched the event’s theme branding. Our in-house graphic artist recreated the look and feel of the event’s official posters and programs, giving each photo a personalized, on-brand finish.
385+ Memories Captured
Throughout the evening, we captured over 385 photos — from elegant portraits to post-dance party fun. Guests loved the premium 4×6” prints and the ease of sending digital copies straight to their phones. As the dancing continued into the night, our booths were buzzing with laughter, smiles, and spontaneous moments.
More Than Just a Gala
Hosted by the wonderful Debra Weiner from WBAL-TV, the Memory Ball was filled with touching stories, powerful performances, and the kind of joy that only comes from a room full of people united by a shared cause. It’s an event that goes far beyond the dance floor — it’s about honoring loved ones, raising awareness, and making a difference.
We’re so grateful to the Alzheimer’s Association for trusting us once again to be part of this meaningful evening. It’s always our mission to create unforgettable experiences — and this one reminded us why we do what we do.
