A Stunning Outdoor Ceremony with the Perfect Backdrop

On a beautiful spring day at the stunning Kylan Barn in Delmar, Maryland, we had the absolute pleasure of being part of a truly unforgettable wedding celebration. Kylan Barn offers three gorgeous ceremony sites, each with its own charm and beauty, making it a favorite for couples looking for a magical setting. This weekend, our wonderful couple chose the ceremony site just outside the barn—a breathtaking spot where the bridal party and the bride made a grand entrance down an elegant paved walkway. The view, the setting, and the entire ambiance were nothing short of stunning.
What made this day even more perfect was the weather. Despite forecasts calling for rain all day, the skies held out, and the couple was blessed with the most beautiful weather. Sunshine, a gentle breeze, and the love and excitement in the air made for an absolutely picture-perfect day.
While we often don’t meet our couples in person until their wedding day, this bride and her family were an exception. We first met this lovely bride, her mother, and her sister at the Maryland Live Casino Wedding Expo in March 2024. From the moment we chatted at the expo, we knew this wedding was going to be a blast. Their fun-loving, outgoing personalities gave us a glimpse into the joy and excitement that would fill their wedding day.
For their special day, the couple selected two of our most popular photo booth options: our elegant Mirror Booth and the incredibly fun Cruise Roaming Booth. The combination of these two experiences turned out to be a huge hit with their 140+ guests, providing endless entertainment and memories throughout the evening.
Mirror Booth Magic
The Mirror Booth, always a show-stopper, was set up to offer guests two interactive photo options. They could choose a single, traditional portrait or opt for a series of three poses. To make things even more exciting, guests who chose the three-pose option received a special surprise—their trio of photos was automatically turned into a fun, animated GIF and texted directly to their phones! This little touch added an extra layer of joy, and guests loved seeing their playful poses come to life.
The Cruise Roaming Booth Experience
As much as the Mirror Booth delighted everyone, the Cruise Roaming Booth stole the show during cocktail hour and beyond. Our roaming booth glided through the venue capturing candid moments, funny boomerangs, creative GIFs, and fabulous photos, all while allowing guests to add filters and virtual props right on the spot. Because the roaming booth is completely mobile, we were able to catch all the action—from laughter during cocktail hour to dancing on the floor later in the night.
The Cruise Roamer quickly became a guest favorite, with everyone wanting their turn to pose, play, and share their memories instantly via text. Even the wedding photographer was impressed—so much so that he jumped in for a quick photo himself and joked that we might just take over his job! He confessed that he’d never seen a roaming booth in action before and was wowed by its quality and versatility.
